What we do together
01) A deep look at your existing setup
First, we dive deep into what is going on in your business right now. We figure out where your time is going, what’s keeping you up at night, and what’s broken in your business, team, and systems. What are all the day-to-day fires, and how do we fix them?
From there, we work on getting all the unnecessary tasks off your plate and over to the right person. Would you pay a VA $100/hr to load up blog posts? I doubt it, but if you’re doing small tasks like that as the CEO we’ve got to fix things.
02) Hiring and onboarding the right people
Next, I’ll teach you how to utilize online platforms to find and hire amazing people. Building a team does NOT have to be incredibly expensive. We’ll tackle creating great job descriptions, sifting through the sea of potential candidates, onboarding them into your company and setting the right tone from day one — allowing them to hit the ground running and work independently.
3) Setting up the right systems that allow you to step away
Once we’ve got great people on your team, we’ll work on refining the systems that allow you to keep an eye on the big picture, without being so involved in the minutia. Whether this is hiring an operations manager to oversee your team, or creating a master dashboard that keeps an eye on the major things you need to focus on, we set up the RIGHT systems for YOUR business.

Why is the program shorter than when you do the work FOR clients?
There is a lot more knowledge transfer and setup when my clients hire to me to become their ops person. I have to do a lot more digging into the current state of affairs, and learning about their team, product, and external agencies and contractors they work with. I’ve also got to learn how to finesse all these relationships as I’m coming in and going from an unknown outsider to (typically) person #2 in the company. This takes initial time.
In the coaching program, since you know your business inside and out we can move a lot faster. I’ll help you make the decisions that will go into hiring, training and setting up a Person #2 (your right-hand ops person) but that doesn’t have to limit us from getting started. We can jump in immediately and create HUGE change from day 1.
If I already feel burnt out, how am I going to take this on as well?
I understand. I’ve been there. It’s going to be a lot of work. I’m not going to lie to you. But you’re going to be moving toward something amazing.
Let me ask you this? Is half of your burnout right now feeling like you’re just spinning in circles daily and not actually making progress FORWARD? That’s an awful feeling. Working with me, we’re going to be making step-by-step progress daily. With each step, a little more of the stress is going to fall off of you. Do you offer refunds for the program?
No I do not. I rearrange my schedule in order to accommodate 1-1 coaching so it is very important that you are truly committed to doing the world.
I am going to get to know you and your business and put my full resources, knowledge and coaching into helping you achieve success so once we dive in there is no backing out.
I want you to be fully all in, ready to create change, and committed to going through this 90 days by my side as well.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, however you save $10% paying in full. Please do note that although you are paying monthly, it cannot be canceled.
As stated above, I want you to be 100% all in on this program otherwise it is wiser not to begin.
What does “unlimited access” to you mean?
It means that even outside of our weekly coaching calls, I’m here to answer your questions and help you along. We’ll figure out the BEST mode of communication together. For some clients it’s Slack. For others email. For others it’s messages in WhatsApp, Telegram or Voxer.
How long do I have access to the material?
You will have access to all materials in the course forever.
Our coaching calls will be recorded and you have access to those forever as well.
When my clients pay me to come into their businesses and do it all for them, they’re paying me $15,000 PER MONTH. And I have a minimum 6-month contract.
